Romance Girls Gone Goblin Giveaway Hop

In addition to the Spooktacular Giveaway Hop, I'm participating in the Romance Girls Gone Goblin Giveaway Hop, hosted by Lisa Sanchez!

Isn't that button super scary? EEK!

I'm giving away a $10 Amazon or Barnes & Noble gift card to the randomly-chosen winner. I'll also throw in some fun bookmarks from The Conduct Series, my romantic suspense series.

Are you dressing in costume this Halloween? My blog avatar is actually me in a Halloween costume--a carrot.

Lord knows why my mother sewed a carrot costume, but she did, and it's been legendary in my family ever since. Lord knows why I wrote about "sexy vegetables" in With Good Behavior, but I did, and now I just have to use the carrot for my author photo.

What's been your favorite Halloween costume you've ever worn?

The giveaway ends at midnight on 10/31/11.

Last year when I went trick-or-treating I saw this guy in my favorite Halloween costume was the one from "Scream" the movie~ its really popular and worn by nearly everyone but I think its pretty scary...haha

My sister made a costume for me once. It looked like I was holding a bird (an emu). Really one of my hands were inside the bird. When people walked by I made it "bite" at them! I had so much fun!!

I liked to dress as a hobo. It was always warm and I was able to get around fast! lol

When I was in college, I wore a black leotard and added a tail and cute ears to make a kitty. Painted my face up and all. And I rocked that dang thing too! LOL (Now, I wouldn't walk around in public in a leotard if you paid me! O.o) Fun question!

I used to dress up as a St Trinian's or a harem girl when I went to Halloween fancy dress parties, lol.

Thanks for sharing these insane costume ideas!

Infernal Wings, that Scream face is terrifying.

Brenda, great surprise element in your costume.

Carol, ha ha. My oldest sister dressed as a hobo one year just to get some candy. Fast is good--you can rake in more loot!

Laura, don't we all wish we could rock a leotard these days. Meow!

Jabelfield, very sexy costume, my dear.

I love the carrot costume :-)

I was a witch one year. Anyone knowing me wouldn't find that surprising (and not because I'm a *itch or anything I just like that stuff). I'd love to go to a vampire theme party (I want to wear Selene's outfit from Underworld) or a masquerade ball because I've always wanted to dress up in a fancy dress and wear one of the masks.

Last year, we were the Mario Bro's... My 3 and 5 yr old were Luigi and Mario, I made my hubby an awesome King Koopa costume and I was Princess Peach. I didn't mind being taken to Koopa's castle afterward. If we keep up the theme, I'll have to be princess Lea. Hubby kinda looks like Han, so yeah... I'm ready to storm the castle again! lol

Cherie, you'd make an adorable witch! And you are so sweet I'd never believe it would fit your personality.

Brenda, what an awesome family costume idea! Princess Lea hair would be fun to do.

Tina: I love Cruella! Glenn Close played her so well.

Great carrot costume! My favorite was from my childhood--a handmade Raggedy Ann, complete with orange yarn wig and lots of stripes. Being a kid, I insisted on riding my cardboard pony, so that was fastened by a cord around my neck. I still remember being so pleased by that pony and by being Raggedy Ann on a Horse.

Throuthehaze, I had to look up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, ha ha. Halloween's all about the kids, huh?

Ashlyn, I need to see a photo of ketchup and mustard!

Marybelle, are you a fan of Hush, Hush?

Laura, hee hee. Sounds like you were really digging your costume.

Favorite costume has to be the Oompah Loompah one the hubs and I put together for him one year. We couldn't find any orange make-up so we used orange washable crayola markers and it looked sooo real! It was great, even won a costume contest!

Catherine, bwa ha ha. Way to incorporate your career into the costume!

My favorite was a devil costume my mother made. It was just a red turtleneck and red tights but she added a tail and made a headband into devil horns. I loved it! I was only 10 at the time, lol.

Thank you for the chance to win!
