Young Adult Giveaway Hop

Hooray for YA! Thank you to Kathy from I Am a Reader Not a Writer BLOG and Amber from Down the Rabbit Hole BLOG for hosting this giveaway.

I'm uber-excited for the release of my first YA novel in March, titled Streamline.

(We're still working on the cover, so instead, this is Michael Phelps, Olympic Swimmer!)

Here's a blurb about Streamline:

Seems like Leo Scott has it all: looks, brains, and athletic talent. He’s captain of his high school swim team with a bright future in college and beyond. But Leo has secrets. His mother’s crippling car accident has devastated his family and left Leo to deal with his father’s abuse, battered and alone.

Leo’s girlfriend Audrey Rose is poised for her own share of success. As one of Florida’s top high school swimmers, Audrey dreams of college swimming stardom. But there’s an obstacle to her glorious rise to the top. Her number-one supporter—her father—is in prison for murder.

Part murder mystery, part tale of young love in a military family, this gripping story takes readers on a journey from Pensacola to Annapolis. Leo and Audrey must band together to rise above the adversity they encounter and find their true selves in the process. When everything’s on the line . . . streamline.

I'm giving away an ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) ebook of Streamline and a $10 Barnes & Noble gift card. Enter with the Rafflecopter form.

Also, feel free to leave a comment and tell me YOUR favorite YA novel.

I've read so many great YA books in the past year that I can't choose just one.

I look forward to reading Streamline. All the best!

Streamlined sounds really good. I just finished The Future of Us by Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler and really enjoyed it.

I'm looking forward to seeing this in the bookstore shelves and grabbing a copy, Jennifer! Can't wait to see the cover! *shaking* ;)

Thanks, y'all. Made a lot of progress on the cover and video trailer today but it's too early for the "unveiling"!

Ahh, Michael Phelps. That Olympics must've been extra exciting for you, huh?

Can't wait for the big cover reveal, and the story sounds fantastic - you just put ALL your characters through the ringer, don't ya?

I entered and said I was a GFC follower because I was planning to follow you, but it won't let me. I guess take me off the rafflecopter. Sorry for the inconvenience! good luck with your book!

Great giveaway! I entered the giveaway and added you as a friend in Goodreads. I clicked +1 for adding Streamlined to my books to read- but when I just went to do it- I couldn't find it so I couldn't do it! So sorry- you can delete or omit that entry!

I am a GFC followe: jess/Fairday Morrow.

My blog is part of this hop too- so swing on by if you want to enter.

I accidentally hit enter for friending on FB when I meant to cancel because FB won't let me friend via my author page. I keep my personal stuff separate from my professional life so as not to bug my friends and family. Google+ is much easier. You can send a message to one circle and not another.

Thanks for participating in the hop and for the giveaway opportunity.

The storyline sounds awesome and I had no idea you had this coming out.

Nicki, I can't WAIT for the Olympics. Watching swimming is my favorite part.

Devony, sometimes GFC freaks out and sorry that happened to you. No worries.

Fairday, thanks for participating in the giveaway! Maybe you'll see Streamline around on Goodreads when we get the cover up--must've been a malfunction.

Sher, I haven't checked out Google Plus yet but may venture into that world. I use an author name so I know all about wanted to separate the professional from the personal. ;)

Sophia, I wrote Streamline before I wrote With Good Behavior. After editing it about 5,000 times, I'm pleased with the outcome and hope it will be a hit with YA readers!
